With your new plan and desired mortgage product ready to go, our team of mortgage professionals now goes to bat for you. Closing the mortgage transaction starts with signing the mortgage agreement. The digital signing package is prepared for you so you can sign from the comfort of your own device.
A detailed summary will accompany your Mortgage Agreement so you thoroughly understand the details of your mortgage. Your Mortgage Advisor is also here for you at all times to ensure you are comfortable and fully understand your approved mortgage.
Our mortgage team is also in your corner all the way through to closing with the Lawyer or Notary. We make sure all professionals have what they need and any remaining items are in order.
